Zachary Walden

Professional Experience

Mr. Walden joined Eldridge & Blakney, P.C., in 2016 after graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Walden primarily practices in Campbell County, in the areas of civil, family, and criminal law.

 

Mr. Walden graduated cum laude in May 2016 with his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Walden served as an officer in numerous groups including the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society, the Christian Legal Society, the Criminal Law Society, and as a Law School Ambassador. Mr. Walden also served on the Managing Board of Volume 67 of the Alabama Law Review as the Acquisitions Editor. Mr. Walden also represented clients in the Domestic Violence Clinic and the Criminal Defense Clinic. Mr. Walden also completed prestigious internships for Judge J. Ronnie Greer, Eastern District of Tennessee, and the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Tennessee.

 

Mr. Walden graduated from East Tennessee State University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management with a concentration in Legal Studies. While an undergraduate student, Mr. Walden was appointed by Governor Bredesen to a two-year term on the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. Mr. Walden served on numerous university committees as Student Government Vice President. 

 

Mr. Walden is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association. Mr. Walden is also active in his church where he serves as the Youth Worship Leader and College and Career Leader.
