Bio

Mr. Walden joined Eldridge and Cravens, PC, P.C., in 2016 after graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Walden primarily practices criminal defense and civil litigation.

Mr. Walden graduated cum laude in May 2016 with his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, he served as an officer in numerous groups including the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society, the Christian Legal Society, the Criminal Law Society, and as a Law School Ambassador. Mr. Walden also served on the Managing Board of Volume 67 of the Alabama Law Review as the Acquisitions Editor. He also represented clients in the Domestic Violence Clinic and the Criminal Defense Clinic. Mr. Walden completed prestigious internships for Judge J. Ronnie Greer, Eastern District of Tennessee, and the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Tennessee.

Mr. Walden graduated from East Tennessee State University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management with a concentration in Legal Studies in 2013. While an undergraduate student, he was appointed by Governor Bredesen to a two-year term on the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. Mr. Walden served on numerous university committees as Student Government Vice President.

Mr. Walden is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and the Knoxville Bar Association. He is a member of the TBA’s Young Lawyer’s Division Board, serving as Mock Trial Committee Vice Chair. He is also Secretary/Treasurer of the KBA Barristers and Co-Chair of the KBA Barristers Law Day and Constitution Day Committee. He was awarded the 2018 Barristers President’s Award. Mr. Walden is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Public Service Academy.

Mr. Walden is active in his community, serving on the worship team at his church and as a tnAchieves Mentor for students at Campbell County High School.

Since joining Eldridge and Cravens, PC, Mr. Walden has represented clients in state and federal court and has successfully represented clients at trial.

Mr. Walden is admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
